The DJF Foundation Mission
The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation is a national organization focused on adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The mission of our volunteer-run organization is to develop, advocate for and fund our Signature Programs that create innovative blueprints for grassroots organizations and service providers to develop their own programs for the diverse population of adults living with ASD. The goal of each of The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation Signature Programs is to create access and support for adults on the spectrum to participate in and contribute to community life. The role-model adult programs developed and funded by The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation can be found throughout the United States and include residential, vocational/employment, educational and recreational opportunities that are suitable and sustainable. We have also pioneered groundbreaking initiatives that enhance health and wellness, transportation, provide support systems and promote understanding of co-morbid health conditions that impact ASD.
We welcome and appreciate your support of our national efforts to create programs, awareness and support for all adults living with ASD that offer these individuals opportunities for the best and most productive lives possible.
The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation was inspired by the life of Danny Fiddle and the realization that there is a deficiency of residential,recreational,vocational/employment,educational and family oriented programs that benefit adolescents and adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
The goal of The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation is to honor the individuality of each person living with ASD throughout his or her life by creating opportunities for adults to participate in the community that are suitable, stimulating and sustainable.
